What we collect
We collect only what you give us. If you submit the estimate form, that's your name, phone number, email address, town, job address if you provide it, the service you're interested in and anything you write in the message field. If you call or email us, we have whatever you tell us.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited — for security and basic analytics. We do not use this to identify individuals.
What we do with it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out work, and keep in touch about your project. That's it.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't pass your details to lead-generation companies or other contractors.
Who else sees it
Only service providers that help us operate — our website host, our email provider and the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox. They process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if legally required to do so.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal cookies. If analytics are enabled, they help us understand which pages are useful — aggregate visit data, not individual tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for our business records — which includes keeping your color and product schedule so touch-ups years later still match. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
