How we work, on every job

Whichever service you're booking, the sequence is the same, because the sequence is what determines whether the finish lasts. Preparation is the majority of the labor on any job worth paying for — and it is the part that quietly disappears from a cheap quote.

1. A real estimate, in writing

We come out, walk the job with you and put a written scope in your hands: which rooms and surfaces, how many coats, what preparation is included, which products, and a working-day range. 2. Protection first

Furniture moved and covered, floors protected wall to wall, fixtures masked, landscaping and walkways covered on exteriors. Before anything is opened.

3. Preparation

Washing, scraping, patching, sanding, caulking and priming — matched to what the surface actually is. This is where the job is won or lost.

4. Application

Two full coats as standard, cut in by hand, applied within the manufacturer's temperature and humidity window. Sprayed where spraying gives a better result, brushed and rolled where it doesn't.

5. Cleanup and walkthrough

Rooms reset each evening, all debris removed, and a walkthrough with you before the final payment. Plus a written color and product schedule so touch-ups in three years still match.
