Warwick has some of the most attractive and most demanding housing stock in Orange County. The village center is full of genuinely old homes — Victorians, farmhouses and 19th-century village houses with original plaster, deep trim profiles and decades of accumulated paint. The surrounding valley has orchards, horse properties, converted barns and substantial newer colonials.
Old houses in Warwick need a painter who understands plaster rather than treating it as drywall.
