Why reviews matter more than a portfolio

Anyone can post a photograph of a nice room. What a photo can't show you is whether the crew showed up when they said they would, whether the furniture got put back each evening, whether the person who quoted the job was the person who did it, and whether the finish still looks right two years later.

That's what reviews tell you, and it's why we ask for them. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals — which is a business model that fails immediately if the work doesn't hold up.

What customers most often mention

• Responsiveness. Kevin answers the phone. Estimates get scheduled quickly and questions get answered the same day.
• The crew's conduct. On time, polite, tidy, and respectful of the fact that they're working inside someone's home.
• Attention to detail. Cut lines, trim work and the parts of a job people notice when they look closely.
• Fair pricing. Not the cheapest quote — but reasonable for the scope, and with no surprises added later.
